Looking to fill a Documentation Specialist position in Fairfax, Virginia. The Documentation Specialist position is primarily involved in the financial industry, with a focus on customer service and filling support. The Documentation Specialist will be working onsite in a fast-paced environment, providing essential services in the financial industry.
Responsibilities:
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues
•Filling and scanning documents
• Following up with clients via email and phone call
• Accurately inputting and updating reports
• Maintaining precise records
• Updating documentations in the system
• Assisting with special projects as needed
• Utilizing MS Office suite for various tasks
• Learning and adapting to new processes and procedures
• Providing exceptional customer service in a professional manner.
Requirements
• Minimum of 1 year of office experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Great communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
