Robert Half is looking for a Loan Assistant. This position is located in Fairfax, Virginia.

This position involves working closely with loan officers and lending staff to help process and manage loans. This role requires a strong understanding of lending procedures and regulations.

Duties include gathering and verifying necessary financial data, preparing loan documentation, communicating with clients, reviewing loan applications for compliance, assisting in the decision-making process for loan approvals or rejections, and keeping detailed records of all transactions. The role demands attention to detail, proficiency in relevant software and data entry, strong communication skills, and excellent customer service abilities. Experience in finance and knowledge of various loan types is usually preferred.

Requirements

• 1 year of office experience in banking, loan processing, or a related field.

• Has worked with a financial services company is desirable.

• Willing to learn and grow

• You will be working onsite 9am-5pm

• Good with technology.

• Good communication skills and accuracy and attention to detail.
