Description
Looking for an Immediate Medical Office Assistant in Fairfax, VA. The Medical Office Assistant position would be great for someone that wants to gain more experience working within healthcare. The Medical Office Assistant will be supporting reception duties and also medical assistant duties.
The Medical Office Assistant is working onsite in Fairfax, VA, with working hours M-F 8:00am-4:00pm. Need to be able to work those hours. Can start asap and has reliable transportation.
Duties:
Handling front office (reception duties)
Learning medical assistant task- learning to take clientele vitals
Updating EMR system and patient charts
Ordering office supplies and prepping exam rooms
Working with the doctors and clinical staff
Looking for someone that has completed a medical internship, worked in a medical office, taking classes in healthcare and wants to expand and learn more in that field.

Requirements
Prior healthcare experience - taking classes, internship or have worked in the field etc.
Prior CNA is a plus
