Candidates for this position should keep in mind that they will be responsible for implementing new features, maintaining existing code, and refactoring existing code across a breadth of products used both internally and externally at the company if chosen. Must have experience with:
Writing efficient code
Enhancing a website using modern development practices
Working closely with other programmers to produce a successful web application
Maintaining constant communication with business colleagues to develop and deploy their content
Clearly establishing what can be created within what timeframe
Requirements
Deep understanding of how a mobile user experience differs from the experience on a web or other application
Able to move from quickly from draft mockups into various web languages
Skills in HTML and CSS
API Development experience desired
Knowledge of ASP.NET
Microsoft SQL Server experience preferred
Deep understanding of JavaScript
A strong understanding of compatibility and cross-browser issues
Working knowledge of server-side languages
5+ years experience with both front-end and back-end technologies in a B2B or B2C web production environment- Record of caring for the technical needs of sites, apps and integrations with high volume traffic
Demonstrated talent for creating end-to-end solutions that create positive user experiences and happy customer
