This Senior Project Manager position will join an existing team to work onsite with a local client. This long-term temporary employment opportunity is based in the Fairhaven, Massachusetts area. What you get to do every single day

  • Develops and schedules projects - as per the Project Roadmap defined by the Business Owner

  • Ensures that the functional requirements are tracked, achievable, and met

  • Coordinates the daily stand-ups, ensuring they are focused, timely, and brief

  • Serves as Scrum Master for the developers on the team - leading scrum ceremonies, clearing obstacles and ensuring the team is working effectively

  • Cooperate closely with the Product Specialist, QA Manager, Business Analyst, Product Owner/Product Manager

  • Aid the team focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products

  • Establishes project with proper ticket workflows and boards

  • Coordinates with the Product Owner/Product Manager to facilitate creation and maintenance of the Project Roadmap

  • Works with the Product Owner/Product Manager to turn the product roadmap into executable projects

  • Aids to manage dependencies among cross-product teams

  • Governs deployment scheduling in coordination with Dev Ops, Product Owner, and tech lead

  • Establishes schedules and milestones, manages project scope and timelines, and inputs from all other teams assigns to that product

  • In charge of project planning

  • Creates and handles the sprint planning and grooming meetings and marks ticket assignments

  • Amasses facts from business analysts, technical leads, and QA leads into references

  • Provides detailed reporting to management on project status, risk assessments, and milestone completion

  • Teams up with Product Owner/Product Manager to see to it that the product vision and high-level business objectives are apparent and accomplishable

  • Facilitates to classify, manage, and identify risk for functional improvement requests

  • States the RACI matrix for projects in a product line

  • Works with and communicates with technical team members, designers, stakeholders, and developers

Requirements

  • Manage Project Plan experience preferred

  • Well-founded grasp of Microsoft Project

  • Earlier work involving ServiceNow

  • Proficiency in HealthCare Organizations

  • Experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2008

  • Well-founded grasp of PMP Certification

  • Skills in Multiple Operating System

  • Proven knowledge of MS Windows Server 2012

  • Foundational knowledge in HealthCare System

  • Comprehension of Network Operating System

  • Hands-on experience with Operating System Deployment

  • Solid understanding of data warehousing

  • Microsoft Project experience highly desired

  • Deep understanding of Manage Special Projects

  • Lead Special Projects experience desired

  • Prior experience with Windows Desktop Operating System

  • Practical knowledge of VMware

  • Quality experience with Vmware Infrastructure

  • General familiarity with PMO (project management office)

  • Good understanding of Os X Server

  • Wide ranging experience with Vmware Technologies

  • Previous experience working with Desktop Operating System

  • Proven knowledge of Microsoft Project Server

  • Expertise in HealthCare Industry

  • Meet Project experience

  • Experience with Operating System

  • Solid understanding of HealthCare Environment

  • Proven flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments

  • Demonstrated leadership and supervisory ability, strong operation and project management skills

  • Experience working with e-learning and blended learning programs

  • Ability to prioritize work and balance multiple projects and deadlines

  • Project Management (PMP) certification desired

  • You'll be a good fit for this position if you have proficiency using commonly accepted scheduling and project management tools

  • Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills

  • Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity

  • If you can demonstrate that you are familiar and comfortable with IT project management methodologies, this position is for you

  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight

  • Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical colleagues

  • Minimum of 5+ years of relevant Project Management experience
