Description Robert Half is looking for an Accounting Assistant to join a fast-growing company. The Accounting Assistant will support the accounting and finance departments by performing bookkeeping and accounting tasks. Responsibilities include reconciling bank records, drafting financial documents, invoicing customers, and collecting payments. Do you have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy? How you will make an impact
Help with administrative duties as they present themselves
Assist Accounting team with creating and editing financial documents
Track expenses and evaluate financial budgets
Design the bookkeeping processes of the company
Perform day-to-day accounting duties including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and payroll, payroll tax filings, booking journal entries, reconciling credit card and bank account
Engage with clients as necessary via email and phone
Reconcile financial books including incoming and outgoing funds Requirements - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field of study preferred
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as high attention to detail
Skilled in written and verbal communication, as well as strong time management abilities
Intermediate knowledge of spreadsheet applications
Prior bookkeeping experience desired
