Robert Half Administrative Assistant in Fairport, New York

Description We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in the Healthcare and Social Assistance industry located in Fairport, New York. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity and will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to the sales, customer support, and sourcing departments.

Responsibilities:

• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.

• Keep precise records of customer credit.

• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.

• Manage incoming calls and respond to customer queries.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.

• Carry out data entry tasks and maintain customer databases.

• Oversee email correspondence and ensure prompt and accurate communication with clients.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls effectively.

• Use Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) to create and manage documents and presentations.

• Arrange appointments and meetings as necessary. Requirements • Must have experience in answering inbound calls, demonstrating detail orientation and empathy to patients' concerns

• Proven customer service skills, with the ability to handle patient inquiries in a compassionate and timely manner

• Ability to perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Proficiency in email correspondence, ensuring all communications are clear, concise, and detail oriented

• Experience with both inbound and outbound calls, coordinating patient care and follow-ups as necessary

• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create and manage spreadsheets

• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook for scheduling, email management, and task organization

• Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint for preparing presentations for meetings and trainings

• Must be skilled in Microsoft Word for document creation, editing, and formatting

• Ability to schedule appointments, coordinating with both medical staff and patients to ensure optimal appointment times. TalentMatch®
