Description
We are currently seeking an HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department. You will help in coordinating HR policies, processes, and relevant documents.
Responsibilities:
Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
Maintain calendars of HR management team.
Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documentation.
Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Assistant, Staff Assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position.
Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular).
Basic knowledge of labor laws.
Excellent organizational skills.
