Key Responsibilities:
Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
Handle all aspects of payroll administration, including data entry, tax withholding, and benefits deductions.
Address employee inquiries and concerns related to payroll promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with HR and accounting teams to reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies.
Prepare payroll reports and ensure accurate record-keeping for auditing purposes.
Stay up-to-date on payroll laws and regulations, implementing changes as necessary.
Contribute to the development and improvement of payroll processes and procedures.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong understanding of payroll processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
