Description
We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in the hospitality services industry. As a Customer Service Representative, your primary role will be to maintain effective communication with our customers, respond to their inquiries in a timely manner, and uphold our company's reputation for excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Communicate with customers via phone calls and chat platforms, providing them with the necessary information and addressing their inquiries
• Maintain and update customer account information based on incoming requests and proactive communication
• Provide technical assistance to our customers
• Process and maintain customer information, using SharePoint and other related technologies
• Provide customer support via email, phone calls and online chats
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal staff and external contacts including customers, vendors, and business partners
• Handle customer support during the sign-up process, and account management
• Respond to customer inquiries about billing, account-related information, and service reports
• Perform other administrative duties
Requirements
• Great for a recent grad or someone looking to grow within a new company!
• Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Basic office skills including managing files, updating paperwork and other documents, and maintaining a clean and organized work space
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in preparing and presenting annual reports
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult customer situations with tact and diplomacy
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong team player with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
