Key Responsibilities:
Process billing for surgical procedures, office visits, and hospital stays with precision and attention to detail.
Keep customer records up-to-date and accurate to ensure seamless operations.
Resolve billing inquiries efficiently, providing clear and comprehensive solutions to our clients.
Actively manage customer accounts, taking appropriate actions when necessary to ensure timely payments.
Utilize a variety of accounting software systems for effective billing processing and tracking.
Collaborate with ADP Financial Services to facilitate necessary financial procedures.
Operate computerized billing systems to streamline processing and improve efficiency.
Work with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems to maintain accurate and accessible health records.
Leverage Epic Software for a range of billing functions to enhance operational efficiency.
Ensure all payments are processed promptly, maintaining a healthy cash flow.
Field incoming calls related to billing inquiries, delivering thorough answers and exceptional service.

Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services
• Knowledge of Computerized Billing
• Familiarity with EHR SYSTEM
• Proficiency in Epic Software
• Experience with About Time software
• Ability to handle Accounting Functions
• Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls
• Knowledge of Billing Functions
