Employing digital recruiting resources
Supplying and screening candidates through various sources and platforms
Recording and posting job opportunity advertisements
Leading interviews
Providing support with new-hire on-boarding paperwork/orientations
Administrating various administrative duties
Constructing internal recommendations
Requirements
Human Resources Recruiter Responsibilities:
Experience writing procedure manuals, user instructions, business correspondence, and general report writing
Have prior experience in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
Full Cycle Recruiting experience preferred
General familiarity with Recruiting Plans
Skills in Volume Recruiting
Earlier work involving high volume recruitment
Practical knowledge of Recruiting Strategies
Good understanding of sourcing recruitment
Well-founded grasp of Recruiting Initiatives
Wide ranging experience with executive recruitment
Previous experience working with technical recruitment
Deep understanding of Recruiting Activities
Comprehensive knowledge of Corporate Recruiting
Recruiting Events experience highly desired
Proven knowledge of Recruiting Functions
Quality experience with agency recruitment
Foundational knowledge in Recruiting Efforts
Able to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and to take initiative on variety of tasks and projects
2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
If you are highly professional, and able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity, you will be a top candidate
You need proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms
