Description Robert Half has partnered with a rapidly growing CPG company. You will sit with the team on-site 3 days a week, but travel to Seacoast NH is required a few times a month with accommodations supplied for stay.

Manage and execute the company’s monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including the preparation of reporting packages and financial statements in compliance with GAAP.

Manage accounting functions on a day-to-day basis including billing, A/R, A/P, payroll, treasury management, and General Ledger accounting

Oversee all budgeting and forecasting purposes, including rolling P& L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow forecasts and ongoing variance analyses.

Review all current policies & procedures for compliance with GAAP, and implement process adjustments where applicable.

Explore, recommend, and manage the implementation of extensive automation, including migrating the company’s current QuickBooks Enterprise platform and supporting processes to a state-of-the-art platform linked to internal and external sources and compliant with industry accounting standards.

Work closely with the Company’s operational groups in a team-centric environment.

Mentor and lead a hard-working Finance team who are driven to become best in class.

Provide accounting leadership, professional development, and direction to the Accounting team.

Manage all external audits.

Support the CFO in his duties to fulfill reporting requirements to the Company’s Board of Directors and owners.
