Description
We are inviting applications for the role of Financial Decision Support Analyst in our team located in Farmington, New Mexico. This role primarily revolves around the financial sector, requiring an individual who is adept at data analysis, accounting, capital management, and budgeting. The individual will also need to be familiar with Cerner Technologies and StrataJazz.

This position is ONSITE and will require relocation to the Farmington, NM area. Will include some relocation assistance.

Responsibilities:
• Analyzing financial data to support decision-making processes
• Utilizing Accounting 2000 for managing and processing financial information
• Overseeing capital management operations to ensure financial stability
• Applying Cerner Technologies for efficient financial data management
• Conducting budgeting processes to allocate resources effectively
• Utilizing StrataJazz for financial planning and performance management
• Monitoring financial trends and making recommendations based on findings
• Assisting in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
• Collaborating with team members to achieve financial objectives
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Requirements
Ideal candidate will have:
Demonstrated skills in budgeting and capital management.
• Familiarity with Cerner Technologies is required.
• Must possess strong data analysis capabilities.
• Experience with StrataJazz software is advantageous.
• A degree in finance, economics, or a related field is expected.
• Proven experience in a similar role within the financial industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and contribute to a team.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Adherence to ethical standards and compliance with financial regulations.
• Strong decision-making skills and the ability to support financial strategies.
