Major responsibilities

  • Seek further information for documents that are considered to be incomplete

  • Keep records of tasks, files, and progress

  • Classify information into spreadsheets, databases and customer relationship management systems

  • Perform searches on websites for information

  • Examine reports and sheets of data

  • Verify, correct, and delete unnecessary data, or combine data from several source

  • Analyze completed work for duplications or errors in content before submitting the final product

Requirements

  • Demonstrated typing accuracy

  • Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills

  • Document Scanning experience required

  • Proficiency in Research Discrepancies

  • Experience with Administrative Assistance

  • Proven knowledge of data entry

  • Well-founded grasp of Accounts Payable (AP)

  • Solid understanding of Enter Invoices

  • Clerical Duties experience

    • Solid computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
