Description We are looking for a diligent and meticulous Intermediate Accountant to join our team based in Fayetteville, Georgia. In this role, you'll be an integral part of our accounting team, managing key accounting functions within the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including accounts payable and receivable, cash receipts, and general ledger

• Utilize accounting software systems to process financial transactions and generate reports

• Perform regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial policies and regulations

• Utilize CaseWare, Ceridian, and Concur to streamline accounting operations and improve efficiency

• Regularly manage and reconcile accounts, ensuring all financial data is up to date and accurate

• Utilize ADP - Financial Services for payroll processing and management

• Perform Accrual Accounting and maintain records of all financial transactions

• Collaborate with team members to improve and streamline accounting procedures and operations

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements as required

• Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies in financial reports and statements. Requirements • Must hold a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Accountant

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is necessary

• Knowledge of CaseWare, Ceridian, and Concur is advantageous

• Should have a strong understanding of Accounting Functions

• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is needed

• Must be well-versed in Accrual Accounting

• Auditing skills are highly desirable

• Must be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are required

• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.
