Robert Half has a need for a highly-skilled, articulate Customer Representative to join the growing workforce in the Healthcare, Hospitals, Social Assistance industry. This position is based in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This short-term contract / temporary Customer Service Representative position in Federal Way, Washington could be perfect for you!

What you get to do every single day

  • Retrieve and oversee the sending of written business communications

  • You will likely support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

  • Organize and route incoming telephone calls

  • Deliver outstanding, friendly customer service in a timely fashion Requirements - Advanced Microsoft Office skills

    • Solid understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
  • Basic knowledge in computer software programs and office equipment

  • Ability to exude confidence, knowledge, and empathy when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers

  • Demonstrated experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

  • Inbound Call Center experience

  • Experience with payroll

  • Foundational knowledge in customer service

  • Call Center Customer Service experience

  • Human Resources (HR) Administration experience required

  • Strong customer service and office administrative skills

  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively throughout all levels of the company

  • 2+ years' experience of demonstrated performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred

  • Enthusiastic attitude and an engaging businesslike approach

  • Critical thinking, problem solving, ability to work independently
