* THIS IS A LOCAL HYBRID ROLE*Customer Service Representatives might be interested in this Healthcare, Hospitals, Social Assistance field opportunity via Robert Half, in a dynamic, rapidly changing call center. Key responsibilities

  • Through your success in the role, you will support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

  • Handle incoming telephone calls

  • Give exceptional customer service in a timely fashion

  • Field and send out send written business correspondence

    Requirements - Call center experience

  • Adeptness in High Volume Call Center

  • Earlier work involving Ticketing System

  • Demonstrated knowledge of High Volume Call Center

  • Proficiency in customer service

  • Good understanding of Support Tickets

  • Microsoft Outlook experience highly preferred

  • Call Center Customer Service experience required

  • Background working with Support Tickets

  • Fast Paced Call Center experience highly desired

  • Practical knowledge of Concur

  • General familiarity with call centers

  • Debits experience

  • Strong customer service and office administrative skills

  • Ability to recognize, evaluate, and resolve problems effectively

  • Enthusiastic attitude and an engaging businesslike approach

  • Basic knowledge in computer software programs and office equipment

  • Experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

  • Hands-on knowledge of MS Office Suite

    • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
  • 2+ years' experience of demonstrated performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers

  • Sound written and verbal communication skills
