Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing a number of critical functions for project and program success. This 12+ month contract role can be hybrid in St. Louis or remote for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
Lead the creation and management of project documentation including BRD/CE/RTM, ensuring change is effectively managed throughout the project life. This will account for 50% of your role.
As a liaison, you will connect clients, business units, technology, and support teams throughout project phases – from discovery to definition, build, and support. This constitutes 20% of your role.
You will also use standard methods and processes to produce versatile quality documentation, fulfilling both technical and descriptive needs, crucial for 20% of your role.
Translate business requirements and detailed specifications into robust technical solutions. This will be necessary for the remaining 10% of the role.

3+ years of Business Analysis experience
Prior experience working on software development projects
