Robert Half Data Entry Specialist in Fife, Washington

Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Specialist based in Fife, Washington. This role operates within the industry and requires the utilization of various skills such as data entry, auditing, and communication. The successful candidate will be tasked with ensuring the accuracy and organization of data, as well as maintaining a professional and efficient workspace.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct manual data entry of required fields using third-party software and keyboard skills.

• Perform quality audits on all files to verify accuracy and make the necessary corrections.

• Adhere to guidelines for maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

• Communicate effectively with co-workers and management to ensure smooth operations.

• Handle customer service tasks, such as processing applications and resolving inquiries.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.

• Understand and comply with all company policies and procedures.

• Work independently with minimal supervision, while also being able to collaborate in a team environment.

• Understand the importance and value of customers and demonstrate proficiency in reading, writing & communicating in English.

• Lift items weighing between 20-35 lbs as part of the physical requirements of the job. Requirements • Proven experience in Data Entry roles

• Strong proficiency in PC OS systems

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English

• Demonstrated customer service skills

• Familiarity with company policy and procedures

• Strong auditing and quality assurance abilities

• Proven experience in supervising teams

• Good knowledge about time management and production schedules

• Ability to maintain security and confidentiality of data

• Regular and punctual attendance

• Familiarity with labeling and third-party software

• Ability to lift moderate weights if required

• Demonstrated proficiency in keyboard skills

• Experience with quality audits and QA management

• No violations of company policy in previous roles.
