Robert Half Collections Specialist in Fishers, Indiana
Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Collections Specialist in Fishers, Indiana. The successful candidate will be joining our telecom provider team and will be expected to handle a variety of customer accounts. This role is primarily based within a high volume call center, where you will be expected to manage both inbound and outbound calls.
Responsibilities:
• Handle a wide variety of aged customer accounts
• Engage in high-volume communication via inbound and outbound calls
• Provide strong customer service to all clients
• Use Microsoft Excel for data management and tracking
• Navigate between various applications to manage and update customer accounts
• Implement collection processes to recover delinquent payments
• Resolve customer credit inquiries and issues effectively
• Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action as needed. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Collection Processes
• Previous role as a Collector
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze financial data
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• High level of honesty and integrity
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
