Description
Robert Half is seeking an experienced and meticulous Data Entry Clerk for a contract position in our organization. The ideal candidate should possess remarkable technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
Responsibilities:
Efficiently enter and update data in various company databases, ensuring high levels of data accuracy and reliability.
Assist with the creation and updating of spreadsheets, charts, reports, and presentations as required.
Maintain data confidentiality and adhere to data integrity and security policies.
Review documents such as sales reports, and data files and enter data in specific data fields for subsequent entry.
Verify and correct data where necessary.
Retrieve and use data from standard references, other compiled source documents, secure files, and databases.
Perform related tasks like document scanning, filing, and organizing.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar position.
Fast typing skills with an eye for detail.
Understanding of data confidentiality principles is compulsory.
Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (Microsoft Office Word, Excel, etc.)
High School Diploma or equivalent; further education or certification is a plus.
