We are offering a role for a part-time Marketing Assistant based in Fishers, Indiana. The role involves assisting in a variety of marketing tasks, primarily focusing on social media engagement and content creation. You will be required to operate on-site and work closely with the marketing team. This position offers a contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and respond to community interactions on various social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram.

• Assist in creating and drafting content for social media posts as necessary throughout the week.

• Review all content for typographical and grammatical errors, making immediate corrections as required.

• Utilize skills in Facebook Insights, Social Media Content, Content Creation, Engagement Marketing, Editing, and Proofreading.

• Perform other tasks as assigned by the marketing team to fulfill the job role.

Requirements • Proven experience in a Marketing Assistant role

• Proficiency in Facebook Insights for business use

• Demonstrable experience in Social Media Content creation

• Strong skills in Content Creation for various marketing channels

• Experience in Engagement Marketing strategies

• Excellent Editing and Proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail

• Ability to coordinate various marketing activities and initiatives

• Strong understanding of marketing trends and techniques

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work well in a team and independently

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred, but not required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

• Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform marketing strategies.
