We are offering an opportunity for a Financial Analyst with a large manufacturer located in the Florence South Carolina area. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, providing crucial financial insights and projections to the finance team and other senior leaders. This role involves the preparation of accurate monthly financial reports, assisting in the creation of presentations that provide thoughtful analysis, and working on corporate projects that impact the entire organization.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate across functions to build strategic long-range plans and outlooks for the business

• Participate in the annual planning and monthly close process

• Identify and understand business challenges and opportunities

• Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives

• Collect and evaluate financial data to provide meaningful insights about the business

• Work on corporate projects and initiatives that impact the entire organization

• Create presentations built around detailed analysis, identify required action items, and propose solutions

• Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year performance

• Proactively identify opportunities for improvement

• Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization

Requirements

• Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration

• Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Ability to handle all Accounting Functions

• Experience in Budget Processes

• Skills in Expense Reporting

• Basic understanding of Finance principles

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
