Description

We are partnering with a well-respected client to find a talented Human Resource Generalist to come aboard a high performing team. The HR Generalist is responsible for completing a wide variety of assignments to support critical operations of the HR department. Main responsibilities include comparing HR laws to current policies and procedures, drafting templates for HR documents and working with other members of the department to oversee the hiring and onboarding process for company employees. Your responsibilities

  • Generate official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips and warning letters

  • Be comfortable taking appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and addresses employee grievances

  • Deliver employee satisfaction surveys and give actionable insights to improve employees experience

  • Analyze employee performance and appraises their pay scale accordingly

  • Preserve physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records

  • Create onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations

  • Leverage HR software to manage payroll and employee benefits, including bonuses, leaves, and absences administration

  • Create employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activities

  • Create a recruitment plan and calendar according to operation and sales projections

  • Collaborate closely with outside vendors, upper management, and employees to maintain CSR standards conscripted by authorities

    Requirements - Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required

  • PHR/SPHR or other relevant certifications a plus

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Exceptional time management skills preferred

  • Ability to influence, interact, and build strong relationships at all levels across the organization

  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills

  • experienced in handling confidential business matters and information with discretion

  • Highly organized, attentive, has a sense of urgency, flexible and able to deal with frequent interruptions and changing priorities

  • 1+ years of human resources experience
