We are seeking an ERP/SCM/CRM/BI Consultant to join our team in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. As an ERP/SCM/CRM/BI Consultant, you will be tasked with assessing and improving our client's Business Central setup, leading the development of BI solutions, and providing expert-level training and support to end-users.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate the client’s current Business Central setup, identifying potential enhancements and modifications to better meet their business needs.

• Develop and enhance BI solutions with advanced reporting capabilities using tools such as Power BI and Jet Reports.

• Collaborate with various teams to identify workflow gaps, implement best practices, and improve system usage and reporting accuracy.

• Assist in configuring and customizing BC modules to align with the client’s business processes while ensuring system stability and scalability.

• Deliver expert-level training and continuous support to end-users and internal stakeholders, enabling them to effectively use the system for their specific roles.

• Work closely with IT, finance, operations, and other departments to understand reporting requirements and develop insightful dashboards and analytical tools.

• Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and user guides for efficient knowledge transfer.

Requirements • Minimum of 7 years of experience as an ERP/SCM/CRM/BI Consultant

• Proficiency in CRM (Customer Relationship Management)

• Expertise in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Familiarity with Suite and its various applications

• Experience in AB Testing and ability to analyze results

• Knowledge of Business Process Functions and their optimization

• Ability to create comprehensive Business Requirement Documents

• Experience in Configuration Management

• Proficiency in Dynamics 365 Business Central

• Expertise in Dynamics CRM
