Description
We are offering an opportunity for an HR Specialist in the Healthcare industry, located in FORT COLLINS, Colorado. You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. This is a short term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Implement human resources programs by providing human resources services, including employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations, and retention.
• Develop human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information; recommending courses of action.
• Complete special projects by clarifying project objective; setting timetables and schedules; conducting research; developing and organizing information; fulfilling transactions.
• Manage client expectations by communicating project status and issues; resolving concerns; analyzing time and cost issues; preparing reports.
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends from ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, HCM, About Time, Benefit Functions, Compensation Administration, Compliance, Hiring Processes, Maintain Employee Handbook, Policies & Procedures.
• Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
• Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.
• Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
• Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Requirements • Extensive industry experience with a minimum of 10 years in a HR Specialist role within the Healthcare/NHS sector
• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now
• Demonstrated experience with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
• Proficient in using Ceridian, HCM, and About Time software
• Strong understanding of Benefit Functions and Compensation Administration
• Experience in compliance and hiring processes
• Ability to maintain and update Employee Handbook
• Knowledge of the development and implementation of Policies & Procedures
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
