What you would be doing:
Assisting members with concerns and self-service tools
Handling verifications for Medicaid and Medicare
Answering questions on status and eligibility for programs
Handling the onboarding and certification process for Medicaid and Medicare members
Working with confidential information
What skills we are looking for:
High School Diploma/GED
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail
Proficient technology skills working within the Microsoft Suite Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to operate under minimal supervision
Ability to work in a metrics driven environment
This role is based out of Colorado Springs, CO - however if you live in Colorado outside of 50 miles of the Colorado Springs area you could be considered for a remote position.
