Robert Half Collections Specialist in Fort Lauderdale, Florida
Description We are seeking a Collections Specialist to join our team in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. As a Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and collecting on overdue accounts, as well as providing exceptional customer service. You will also be tasked with maintaining accurate records and using various software systems to facilitate your work.
Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and detail-oriented manner.
• Use QuickBooks and other accounting software systems to manage customer accounts.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Perform collection processes on overdue accounts, making outbound calls and sending emails as needed.
• Utilize CRM and Epic Software to manage and track customer accounts.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts receivable.
• Use Accurint and ADP - Financial Services to assist with account management and collection processes.
• Perform billing functions as required.
• Use QuickBooks Enterprise for account management and financial tracking.
• Manage claim administration processes as needed.
• Answer inbound calls in a detail-oriented and courteous manner. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required.
• Familiarity with Accurint software is essential.
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools is a must.
• Knowledge of Epic Software is required.
• Must have experience in handling Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Ability to manage Answering Inbound Calls efficiently.
• Familiarity with Billing Functions is necessary.
• Experience in Claim Administration is desired.
• Understanding of Collection Processes is crucial.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise is mandatory.
• Experience with QuickBooks is an added advantage.
