Robert Half Marketing Assistant in Fort Lauderdale, Florida

Description We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our team in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This role involves supporting our digital marketing team in the development and execution of online marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and customer engagement, with a focus on social media, email marketing, and SEO.


• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing strategies leveraging social media, email marketing, and SEO to boost brand visibility and customer engagement

• Support the growth of our social media presence across various platforms by helping curate and create relevant, high-quality content

• Assist in the development and management of email marketing campaigns to engage subscribers, nurture leads, and increase conversions

• Conduct keyword research and optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic

• Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, social media analytics, and email marketing analytics to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of success

• Stay current with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and contribute ideas to enhance our digital marketing efforts

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to support the creation of cohesive and effective marketing campaigns

• Monitor and manage our online reputation, addressing customer inquiries, and feedback promptly and professionally. Requirements • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a marketing role or similar.

• Proficiency in CRM and Database management.

• Experience with EO/IR systems is a must.

• Familiarity with Facebook Insights and Google Analytics for tracking campaign performance.

• Proven ability to design and implement advertisements that drive brand awareness.

• Experience in creating marketing materials such as brochures.

• Knowledge of campaign planning and execution.

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a team environment.

• Familiarity with On-Page SEO and its application in content creation.

• Experience in creating and curating social media content.

• Demonstrated skills in managing social media platforms for a business or brand. Innovation starts with people.®
