Robert Half Marketing Proposal Coordinator in Fort Lauderdale, Florida

Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Marketing Proposal Coordinator role in Fort Lauderdale Florida. The job function, primarily based in the industry of Marketing Proposal Coordination, requires a highly organized individual with a keen eye for detail. The role necessitates processing customer applications, maintaining customer records, and resolving customer inquiries, with a focus on monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action.

Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly read RFQ/P documents and prepare proposal checklists that list client submission requirements and identify proposal team action items.

• Maintain and update the CRM database regularly, ensuring accurate records.

• Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud for designing high-impact graphics for proposals and presentations.

• Lead pursuit teams on kickoff calls to develop winning strategies, assign team responsibilities, and establish deadlines.

• Prepare presentations and aid technical teams in preparing for client interviews.

• Work alongside technical project managers and the marketing content/support team to develop comprehensive materials highlighting staff capabilities.

• Conduct background research and gather/tailor supporting materials.

• Provide quality control review of marketing peer proposals.

• Ensure timely print orders and coordinate project proposal process.

• Maintain and regularly update marketing databases, ensuring consistency of the company's image in proposals and collateral material.

Requirements • Proven experience as a Coordinator or similar role

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Illustrator

• Familiarity with databases and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems

• Experience with EO/IR systems and ERP Solutions

• Ability to develop and implement successful advertisement strategies

• Knowledge of auditing procedures

• Experience in contract management and negotiation

• Understanding of design controls and documentation processes

• Excellent content editing skills

• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail
