Responsibilities:
Configure and maintain the company's network and servers.
Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with network hardware and software.
Install and update network system improvements.
Implement and manage security or integrity and business continuity controls.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of the network design, operations, and disaster recovery plan.
Work collaboratively with department managers to determine network growth needs.
Provide technical support for the company's employees.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Network Administrator or similar role in an IT department.
Strong knowledge of networking technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, etc.).
Experience with firewalls, Internet VPNs remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
In-depth understanding of communication protocols and routing protocols.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or relevant field.
Any professional certifications such as Network+ or CCNA are preferred.
