Job Summary
We are seeking a Network Engineer to design, implement, maintain, and support our growing network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high availability, performance, and security across all network environments. This role requires a deep understanding of network architecture, protocols, and troubleshooting techniques.
Key Responsibilities
Design, deploy, and maintain network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls, and wireless networks.
Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime.
Implement security measures, including firewall configurations, intrusion detection systems (IDS/IPS), and network access controls.
Work with cross-functional teams to support network-related projects and initiatives.
Ensure compliance with security policies, best practices, and industry standards.
Perform regular network performance analysis, capacity planning, and optimization.
Provide technical support for network-related incidents and escalate issues as needed.
Maintain accurate documentation of network infrastructure, configurations, and procedures.

Requirements
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: 3+ years of experience in network engineering or administration.
Proficiency in network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLANs, MPLS).
Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, or other networking equipment.
Strong knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and network security principles.
Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
Familiarity with scripting/automation (Python, Bash, PowerShell) and network monitoring tools (Wireshark, SolarWinds, Nagios, PRTG).
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
