Robert Half Software Implementation Analyst in Fort Lee, New Jersey
Description We are in search of a Software Implementation Analyst to be a part of our team located in Fort Lee, New Jersey. In this role, you will lead software development projects, ensuring that they are aligned with our company objectives. You will be expected to utilize your skills in project management and software development to ensure the successful delivery of our projects.
Responsibilities:
• Lead software development projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they align with our company's objectives.
• Create and adjust project plans and timelines to meet targets.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, promoting transparency and alignment throughout the project.
• Identify and manage project risks, resolving issues quickly to maintain project momentum.
• Coordinate project resources to optimize workflows and enhance productivity through team collaboration.
• Apply project management best practices, tools, and methodologies to improve efficiency.
• Conduct project reviews to capture lessons learned and improve future performance.
• Foster a positive, collaborative team environment that encourages innovation.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets, making necessary adjustments as required.
• Prepare regular status reports for stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and milestones.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including plans, schedules, and logs.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to best practices within the team. Requirements • Proficiency in Atlassian Jira is required
• Experience with Citrix Technologies is essential
• Demonstrated knowledge of Cloud Technologies is necessary
• Familiarity with IBM platforms is a must
• Linux Technologies expertise is required
• Experience with AB Testing is preferred
• Knowledge of Active Directory is needed
• Agile Scrum methodology experience is a plus
• Understanding of Backup Technologies is essential
