If you can do full-cycle recruiting in support of a diverse array of positions across varying departments such as accounting, marketing, operations, administrative and technology, this Human Resources Recruiter position could be for you. This opportunity with our client is for a self-starter wanting to learn and to grow. Not only will you handle recruiting functions, you will also be in charge of a variety of personnel related administrative tasks and providing clerical support to the HR department. Major responsibilities

  • Constructing internal recommendations

  • Managing interviews

  • Reserving and screening candidates through various sources and platforms

  • Drafting and posting job opportunity advertisements

  • Capitalizing on digital recruiting resources

  • Administrating various administrative duties

  • Assisting with new-hire on-boarding paperwork/orientations


  • Skilled with office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

    • If you are highly professional, and able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity, you will be a top candidate
  • HRIS Database experience

  • Adeptness in HRIS System

  • Strong familiarity with Recruiting Strategies

  • Recruiting Processes experience preferred

  • Full Cycle Recruiting experience desired

  • Foundational knowledge in Recruiting Sources

    • You will be a strong candidate if you have proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms
  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience

  • Desire to thrive in scenarios of team-based work or independent tasks, always looking to learn more and take initiative on a number of different projects and tasks

  • Experience writing procedure manuals, user instructions, business correspondence, and general report writing
