Role and Responsibilities:
Project Management: Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle for digital product launches.
Team Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and marketing professionals to ensure seamless project execution.
Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, set timelines, and manage project scope, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular project updates and addressing any issues promptly.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all deliverables meet the highest quality standards and align with the company’s strategic objectives.
Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, meeting notes, and project summaries.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of direct project management experience, with a strong focus on digital products or similar projects.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field. PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Trello) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire project teams, manage conflicts, and navigate complex project dynamics.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
