Role and Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle for digital product launches.

  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and marketing professionals to ensure seamless project execution.

  • Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, set timelines, and manage project scope, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular project updates and addressing any issues promptly.

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all deliverables meet the highest quality standards and align with the company’s strategic objectives.

  • Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, meeting notes, and project summaries.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of direct project management experience, with a strong focus on digital products or similar projects.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field. PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Trello) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).

  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire project teams, manage conflicts, and navigate complex project dynamics.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.

  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
