Description
A landscaping company is seeking an ambitious and eager Bilingual Data Entry Clerk to join their team. We are searching for a data-driven veteran who pays great attention to detail and looking to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will need to have intermediate experience in spreadsheets and proficiency in database management. Do you have quick and accurate typing skills and impeccable organization? Then we have the Data Entry Specialist position for you. This long-term contract / temporary Data Entry Clerk role is based in the Fort Myers, Florida area.
What you get to do every single day
Check completed work for errors or duplicate information before submitting the final product
Verify, correct, and delete unnecessary data, or combine data from several source
Keep records of tasks, files, and progress
Categorize information into spreadsheets, databases and customer relationship management systems
Audit reports and sheets of data
Obtain further information for documents that are deemed incomplete
Requirements
Bilingual in Spanish and English
Solid computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
Demonstrated typing accuracy
Ability to multitask and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds
Microsoft Office experience
Data entry experience desired
Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills
