Robert Half is partnering with a local media company to fulfill their need for a Bilingual Sales Assistant.
In this role you will:
-Attend sales training and planning meetings
-Generate sales reports, business correspondence, and presentations
-Assist Sales managers on all special project details including but not limited to production schedule, rate authorization and communication
-Handle the daily general clerical functions such as filing, answering phones, creating correspondence and calculating rates to quote to customers when they call.
-Provide strong customer service
-Read, analyze, and interpret information
-BiLingual in Spanish/English
-High school diploma or equivalent
-1+ years’ experience in administrative or sales support or a related field
-Prior internship experience in sales and/or media industry a plus
