Robert Half Accounting Clerk in FORT WASHINGTON, Pennsylvania
Strategic healthcare company seeks an Accounting Clerk with thorough general ledger and accounts payable skills. This candidate will process incoming invoices, assist with month end close, and perform financial analysis. Ultimately, the successful Accounting Clerk will assist with providing thorough accounting support to the finance team.
· Draft wire payments
· Assist with journal entries
· Maintain accounts payable records
· Monthly bank reconciliations
· Issue invoices as needed
· General ledger/account reconciliations
· Point of contact for vendor accounts payable support
· Documentation support
· Assist with accounts payable discrepancies
· Participate in quarterly and annual audits
· Degree in Accounting preferred
· 1+ years of accounting and/or accounts payable experience
· Strong Microsoft Excel
· Excellent written and verbal communication
· NetSuite preferred
· Any ERP experience is a plus
