Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join the finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts receivable, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, collections, and reconciliation processes. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities: Generate and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner. Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue payments. Communicate with customers regarding payment discrepancies and resolve billing issues promptly. Conduct regular account reconciliations to ensure accuracy. Collaborate with the sales team to resolve billing and payment inquiries. Maintain up-to-date customer records and documentation. Prepare reports on accounts receivable status for management review. Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes as needed. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. Proven experience (2+ years) in accounts receivable or related finance role, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy. Knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
