Description We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team located in FORT WAYNE, Indiana. This role is in the customer service industry and offers a contract to hire employment opportunity. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing customer applications, maintaining accurate customer records, resolving customer inquiries, and monitoring customer accounts.
Responsibilities:
• Process customer credit applications with precision and efficiency
• Maintain and update customer credit records regularly
• Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions based on account status
• Answer inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service
• Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
• Handle email correspondence with customers professionally and promptly
• Manage both inbound and outbound calls effectively
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for various tasks
• Perform order entry tasks as needed
• Use basic troubleshooting skills to resolve customer issues. Requirements
• Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing inbound-outbound calls efficiently
• Proficient in data entry tasks with a keen attention to detail
• Ability to handle email correspondence professionally and in a timely manner
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Experience in order entry and basic troubleshooting tasks
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly in high-pressure situations
• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education or certifications in relevant fields preferred.
