Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in FORT WAYNE, Indiana. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for the efficient and accurate processing of membership applications, maintaining customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity in the industry.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently process membership applications, ensuring all data is accurately entered.
• Maintain and update customer records regularly, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
• Provide prompt responses to customer inquiries, resolving any issues in a timely manner.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.
• Adhere to data entry standards and guidelines to ensure data accuracy.
• Ensure data entry tasks are completed within specified timelines.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Use Alpha 6,000 - 8,000 kph and Alpha 8,001 - 10,000 kph for data entry tasks.
• Ensure data security and confidentiality in all tasks.
• Contribute to team efforts and organizational goals by accomplishing related tasks as needed. Requirements • Possess strong typing skills with a speed of 6,000 - 10,000 kph in Alpha
• Proficient in data entry and related software
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
