This individual will be instrumental in managing the day-to-day operations of the CEO’s schedule and tasks. Proactively manage and prioritize the CEO’s emails, tasks, and schedule, including confidential matters.
Offer dedicated support to the CEO and their spouse as required, including arranging travel, meetings, and conference calls.
Conduct daily briefings with the CEO to review priorities and address any pending issues.
Coordinate logistics for meetings, including room preparation and catering as necessary.
Oversee the corporate boardroom schedule and occasionally assist with real estate and investment-related administrative tasks.
Handle phone calls and correspondence with professionalism, ensuring clear and tactful communication.
Prepare and process various documents, including reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Demonstrates exceptional problem-solving skills, independence, and a proactive approach to responsibilities.
Strong moral, ethical, and spiritual integrity, aligned with our core values.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on emotional intelligence and discretion.
Proficient in Microsoft SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Bluebeam Revu.
Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends, in line with the CEO’s schedule.
A minimum of 6-10 years of administrative experience.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; however, relevant experience will be considered.
Professional demeanor and appearance.
This role requires occasional travel and use of personal vehicle for local duties, with reimbursements for fuel and mileage as applicable.
The position is full-time, exempt from overtime, and includes a flexible starting schedule within the company’s standard operating hours.
