Robert Half Executive Desktop Support Analyst in Fort Worth, Texas
Description We are offering an opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst in the Oil & Gas - Field Services industry located in Fort Worth, Texas, United States. This role is responsible for providing technical support, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and configuring and setting up equipment. This is a short term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities
• Provide technical support to executives and their assistants.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to ensure smooth operations.
• Configure and set up equipment based on specific requirements.
• Maintain a solid understanding of basic network troubleshooting.
• Keep up-to-date with advancements in desktop hardware to provide effective support.
• Collaborate with the team to handle complex issues and maintain high-quality service. Requirements • Must have a strong understanding of the Oil & Gas industry, specifically in Field Services
• Proven experience as a Desktop Support Analyst or similar role
• Proficiency in Basic Network Troubleshooting
• Thorough knowledge of Desktop Hardware
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
• Must be committed to continuous learning and detail oriented development
• Flexibility to work in different shifts or extended hours if necessary
