Financial Analyst
National Real Estate Investment Company is seeking a Financial Analyst for their Corporate Headquarters in Tarrant County! This is a newly created position due to the continuous acquisition of national commercial properties.
As Financial Analyst your responsibilities will include preparing and modifying real estate project budgets, cash flow analysis, pro-formas for individual real estate investments, monitor and analyze monthly revenue reports and create portfolio roll-up reports, analytical framework for decisions on capital spending, budget / forecast variances, prepare lease deal analysis and assisting the finance group obtain and restructure debt and equity financing.

Interested professionals should have a bachelor degree in finance and 3+ years of financial modeling, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, cash forecasting. Experience within the real estate industry is highly preferred. Experience with Argus is required.

Financial Analyst
Interested professionals should have a bachelor degree in finance and 3+ years of financial modeling, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, cash forecasting. Experience within the real estate industry is highly preferred. Experience with Argus is required.

Capability to simplify complex problems and build solutions
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, MBA preferred
Strong presentation skills
3+ years experience with advanced financial analysis, planning and budget controls required
Previous workmanship with financial reporting tools
Budgeting experience
Practical knowledge of financial modeling
Forecasting experience preferred
Forecasting & modeling experience
Proven knowledge of data modeling
General familiarity with financial analysis
Well-founded grasp of data mining
Budget forecasting experience preferred
Proficiency in cash forecasting
