Robert Half Full Stack Java Developer in Fort Worth, Texas
Description
We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our team in Forth Worth, TX. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for developing and maintaining product applications, collaborating with various stakeholders, and implementing new technologies to enhance current processes and performance. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Work on maintenance and enhancement of product applications.
Collaborate with leaders, business analysts, project managers, IT architects, technical leads, other developers, and internal customers to understand and develop as per business requirements.
Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, identify and implement solutions.
Create detailed project specifications, requirements, and estimates.
Support the development of coding standards and adherence to best practices and security guidelines.
Utilize new technologies to enhance current processes, security, and performance.
Work closely with software architects and technical leads to ensure long-term enterprise growth.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of full SDLC experience designing, developing, implementing, monitoring, and supporting large-scale applications in hosted production environments on-prem, and in the Cloud.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Proficiency and demonstrated experience in technologies such as Angular with RXJS and Node JS, Cloud-based development: Azure K8s, and more.
Experience working in Agile methodologies and DevOps Toolchain methodologies, including Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Airline Industry.
Proficiency in Mongo DB and Compass.
Proficiency in object-oriented design techniques and principles.
Experience with DevOps and agile methodologies.
