Robert Half HR Director in Fort Worth, Texas

Description We are seeking a dedicated HR Director in Fort Worth, Texas, to lead and manage a team of 100 employees. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for all HR-related matters and will have the opportunity to shape and drive the HR strategy for our organization. This role is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee a team of HR professionals, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

• Serve as the primary HR contact for employees, handling inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy.

• Manage the full scope of HR responsibilities, including but not limited to benefits functions, compensation administration, compliance, and employee relations.

• Utilize Human Resources Management Systems efficiently to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations.

• Lead the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and systems.

• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

• Drive performance management processes and provide coaching for team members to enhance their performance and development.

• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.

• Nurture a positive working environment by building strong relationships with employees and understanding their needs. Requirements • Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a Human Resources leadership role.

• Proven expertise in Benefit Functions, Compensation Administration, Compliance, Employee Relations, and Human Resources Management System.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to develop and implement HR strategies in line with the company's goals.

• Proficient in using HR software and HRMS.

• Strong knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.

• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is required.

• Professional certification in HR (such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) is preferred.

• Experience in strategic planning and execution.

• Strong negotiation and mediation skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and diverse environment.
