Robert Half Human Resources Business Partner in Fort Worth, Texas


Robert Half Finance and Accounting has partnered with a growing company in Fort Worth to identify a Bilingual Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP). The Human Resources Business Partner should have 5 + years’ experience as a Human Resources Business Partner with a Bachelor’s degree. This position will be responsible for the following:

  • Consult with line management providing HR guidance when appropriate.

  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.

  • Facilitate fair and equitable implementation of compensation philosophy and ranges including coaching managers.

  • Assist leadership with recruiting, interviewing, testing, and recommending employees to fill vacant positions, and conduct new employee orientation

  • Ensure that all personnel paperwork such as insurance, 401k plan, and personnel transactions such as new hire packets, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, discipline, and terminations are completed and communicated to the appropriate department

  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.

  • Maintain in depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partner with legal department as needed/required.

  • Provides day to day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).

  • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.

  • Provides HR Policy guidance and interpretation.

  • Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, succession planning.

  • Participate in evaluation and monitoring of success of training programs. Follow-up to ensure training objectives are met.

  • Must conduct self in an ethical, legal, and responsible manner at all times.

  • Must adhere to the policies, principles, and guidance within the Employee handbook and Code of Business Conduct.

  • Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.

  • Identifies training needs for business units and individual coaching needs. Facilitates management and leadership training programs.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 5+ years of experience as a human resources professional

  • Experience in a multi-site organization

  • Manufacturing, warehouse or similar industry experience

  • Bilingual English/ Spanish required
