Robert Half Inventory Clerk in Fort Worth, Texas

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Inventory Clerk in Fort Worth, Texas. This office-based role entails a combination of inventory management and administrative tasks, primarily using Salesforce and Excel. The role also involves the deployment and retrieval of equipment to our field team.


• Manage inventory and deploy small equipment to our field team.

• Send notifications for the return of devices like laptops, phones, tablets, etc.

• Perform administrative tasks within Salesforce and Excel.

• Maintain and update inventory records in the ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning system.

• Handle customer service inquiries and data entry tasks related to inventory management.

• Use Excel formulas for complex data processing and reporting tasks.

• Operate on the Salesforce platform for customer relationship management and inventory tracking.

• Resolve any inventory-related issues or discrepancies.

• Ensure the proper functioning of IBM AS/400 systems for inventory management. Requirements • Proficiency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning software

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including knowledge of Excel Formulas

• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on delivering high-quality service

• Experience in data entry tasks, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Familiarity with Salesforce Platform and ability to use it effectively

• Ability to manage and maintain inventory records accurately

• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification

• Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous

• Willingness to undergo any necessary training to improve job performance

• Ability to adhere to company policies and regulations.
