Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a .NET Developer in the transport industry based in Fort Worth, Texas. In this role, you will primarily be involved in the development and maintenance of .NET applications and their integration with back-end services. You will also contribute to the development of new projects, while also addressing product backlogs and bugs.
Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain .NET applications using C#, MVC framework, and API development skills.
• Participate in new development projects, contributing to the team's overall output and quality.
• Address product backlogs, ensuring timely resolution of issues and smooth functioning of applications.
• Debug existing code to identify and fix bugs, enhancing application performance.
• Collaborate with the team to design and launch new features, improving product offerings.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
• Work in collaboration with the team to meet project deadlines and achieve project objectives.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest .NET development practices and industry trends. Requirements • Proficient in .NET programming language
• Experienced in MVC Framework
• Capable of API Development
• Familiarity with transport industry is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and manage one's time
• Knowledge of the full software development lifecycle
• Possess a strong attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software development, or a related field is preferred
• Proven experience as a .NET Developer or Application Developer
